"Okay for small top-ups, but I’m hesitant now"
I used to have no issues with top-ups, but the last time there were delays and support didn’t really give clear answers. It makes you feel a bit unsure, especially if you’re thinking about sending a bigger payment. I’d probably still use it for smaller amounts, but I’m not fully trusting it right now.

"Worked fine after verification"
I had to verify my account before I could buy anything, which took a little while. It wasn't nothing too crazy though, and everything worked fine in the end. Not bad overall, just wish it was a bit faster.

"Refund came through, just slower than expected"
I had a recharge that didn’t go through, so I reached out to support expecting it to be sorted quickly. It wasn’t as instant as I hoped and I had to wait a few days, but to be fair, they did respond and explained things clearly enough. The money eventually went back to my card. Overall, the refund was handled okay, just a bit slower than I expected, so I’m giving 4 stars

I’ve used recharge a few times now, and what I appreciate most is that the fees and terms are shown before you pay. That just seems like common sense to me, no one wants surprises at checkout. Everything felt clear and upfront, and the service worked fine each time. I’m giving 4 stars because the checkout process could be a little quicker, but overall it’s been a solid experience...

"Handy for topping up family abroad"
I mostly use recharge because it usually has the operators I need, especially when I’m sending a top-up to family overseas. I don’t remember every little step or detail, which probably says something, but I do remember that I’ve never had to go hunting around another site to get it done. The design isn’t anything fancy, but it works, it’s straightforward, and it saves me time.

Compared to other recharge services I’ve tried, this one was smooth. The payment went through without any trouble and the recharge showed up quickly. I didn’t have any issues this time, though I do wish the fees were shown a bit more clearly before paying.

"Support Didn’t Really Help"
I contacted support because I had an issue with my Recharge, but I just kept getting the same basic replies over and over. I’ve dealt with Recharge problems before with other services, and usually they at least try to look into it properly, but this took days and still didn’t get resolved. It felt like they just closed the case without actually helping. Frustrating experience.

"Quick and easy, which is exactly what I need"
I use recharge mostly when I need top-up cards or gift cards, i don’t have the patience to bounce around a bunch of different sites looking for them. So far, they’ve always had what I needed, the site is simple enough to use, and the codes show up fast. No complaints from me.

My Recharge didn’t show up right away, which annoyed me because I’m not the most patient with stuff like that. I reached out to support expecting a long wait, but they actually replied faster than I thought and got it fixed. It was a bit stressful at first, but the help was good overall. 4 stars.

I got the order confirmation quickly, and the recharge went through without any problems. I’ll admit I was a little unsure at first, but in the end it worked just like I expected it to. The only thing I’d say is the fee should be more obvious before you pay. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d use the service again.
